Compensation: $85K – $128K (based on experience)
Location: Primarily on-site in Thornton CO, with flexibility for one remote day per week
Position: Senior Systems Administrator

Inceed has partnered with a great organization to help find a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join their team! This opportunity is with a dynamic and collaborative IT team, offering a supportive environment and cutting-edge projects. They offer a flexible schedule, exciting modernization initiatives, and a focus on innovative technology upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise-level systems, focusing on VMware and Windows Server environments.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize data center micro-segmentation systems like VMware NSX-T.
• Oversee and enhance security services, including WAF, Firewalls, and SIEM systems.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, architects, and stakeholders to ensure system functionality and meet organizational goals.
• Provide technical expertise in areas such as capacity planning, system configuration, and security optimization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of five years of experience in enterprise network and server management.
• Strong expertise in VMware, Windows Server, and security services (SIEM, WAF, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365/Azure Workspace or similar environments.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Cybersecurity experience, with a proactive approach to IT security.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and environments.
• Prior experience working in education or a public-sector organization.
