Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Position: Business Analyst 1

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst I to join their team! This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying areas for improvement. The role offers the chance to work with diverse teams, develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and support the organization's dynamic growth.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to optimize operations.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user stories, and success criteria.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Support testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, and incorporate feedback into solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics and facilitate informed decisions.
• Document training materials and assist in driving end-user adoption.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of software configuration practices and data integrity standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Lucid Chart or Miro for diagramming and visual communication.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA or Zoho.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Background in Management Information Systems or technical coursework.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate concepts to various audiences.

Other Information:
• Primarily operates in an office environment using standard office equipment.
• Minimal travel required (0-5%) for special projects.
• Reliable attendance and confidentiality are essential to the role.
