IT Asset Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Hardware Asset Mgmt. Specialist to join their team! This position is integral to managing the IT asset management (ITAM) process for software across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will oversee the software lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning, ensuring the organization is equipped with the right software licenses and following best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the software asset inventory
• Develop and implement software asset management processes and procedures
• Perform audits and regular inventory reviews to ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years experience it IT software/asset management
• Experience with ServiceNow, including Service Catalog and flow designer
• ITIL and ITAM Certifications
