Compensation: $115,000-$155,000

Sr. Electrical Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Electric Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead innovative hardware product design, driving advancements in performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and holistic solutions.
• Provide expertise in component selection, schematic design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Offer sustaining engineering support for manufacturing challenges.
• Oversee new product introductions and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
• Utilize CAD tools and simulation software for end-to-end product design.
• Apply problem-solving skills and failure analysis for continuous improvement.
• Lead implementation of product and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure reliability and adherence to standards.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
• 7 years of electronics product design and development experience, managing multiple product cycles.
• Strong experience with wearable devices.
• Proficiency in designing analog, low-power, battery-operated, and wireless consumer devices, with expertise in RF circuitry for cellular, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity
• Strong experience in discrete and chip-level electrical designs, especially in wearable product development and electro-mechanical systems
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including DFM and DFT principles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Preferred experience in cellular IoT design, LTE Cat M, and familiarity with radio frequency development, logic/microprocessor circuitry, optics, and telecommunications networks
• Proficiency in flex, rigid, and rigid-flex PCB designs, along with Allegro CAD software
