Position: Applications Support Specialist
Compensation: $80,000-90,000 annually
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Position Type: Full-time

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Applications Support Specialist to join their team! This position is essential for delivering technical support for enterprise software systems and integrated applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and a collaborative mindset, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving application issues for both internal and third-party systems.
• Install and configure software applications, ensuring they run efficiently across multiple environments.
• Maintain detailed system documentation for software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
• Identify recurring technical issues and escalate them to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Assist with evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve application efficiency and performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise software systems, including multi-tiered client-server and web-based applications.
• Strong understanding of IIS web server technologies, as well as Linux and Windows server environments.
• Hands-on experience with open-source technologies and cloud services (AWS and/or Azure).
• Proficiency with scripting and programming languages such as YAML, JSON, Python, PowerShell, and Java.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
