Compensation: $62k – $70k

Location: Catoosa, OK

Position: Cash Accountant

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cash Accountant to join their team! This individual will be responsible for managing the organization's cash resources, ensuring liquidity, and optimizing cash flow. They will play a key role in preparing cash flow forecasts, reconciling bank transactions, overseeing FX hedging activities, and improving financial forecasting models. This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally with finance and treasury teams while contributing to strategic financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze bi-weekly cash flow forecasts, identifying key variances and trends.

• Monitor daily cash positions to maintain liquidity and align with financial goals.

• Identify potential cash flow issues and escalate concerns to senior leadership.

• Perform monthly reconciliations of multiple bank accounts, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and general ledger entries.

• Assist in executing FX hedging strategies to minimize financial risk.

• Work with treasury teams to optimize FX exposure and ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Enhance cash flow forecasting models for improved accuracy and adaptability.

• Partner with accounting and finance teams to refine forecasting methodologies.

• Implement process improvements in cash flow management, reconciliation, and forecasting.

• Generate reports on cash flow performance, liquidity, and FX exposure for management review.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury, with a strong focus on cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliation.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling and cash flow optimization.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CTP.

• Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to FX management.

• Background in public accounting or corporate treasury functions.
