Compensation:  $94,000 – $125,000

Location: Garner, NC (hybrid: Tues, Wed, & Thurs in-office)

Position: Brand Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Brand Manager to join their team! This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives on leading product development launches, collaborating cross-functionally, and bringing creativity and analytical skills to brand management within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. This role is a backfill position, offering the chance to take on a high-impact role and contribute to brand growth and innovation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product development launches within the CPG industry, ensuring timely delivery.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with consumers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, R&D, and Planning teams.

• Manage projects and timelines with precision and assertiveness.

• Maintain a balance of creativity and analytical skills to achieve business objectives.

• Travel up to 25% as required for business needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-5 years of solid project management experience.

• Proven experience leading product development launches within CPG.

• Strong marketing experience with consumer products.

• Expertise in collaborating across various teams and departments.

• Detail-oriented and highly motivated with a high-energy presence.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Circana/IRI syndicated data.

• Familiarity with digital asset systems.

• Proficiency in MS and Google Docs.
