Project Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with billing support and project staff on client invoicing, collections management, coding A/P, and reviewing time sheets and expense reports
• Participate in project review meetings, compile financial documentation, and engage with key stakeholders including executives and operational managers
• Ensure accurate project registration and maintain essential information in the project accounting system

Required Qualifications & Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field with 4-6 years of experience
• Proven ability to manage a heavy workload and competing tasks with sound judgment and initiative

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in construction or engineering industries
• Familiarity with Oracle Projects or Oracle Cloud systems
