Compensation: $21/hour

Location: Oklahoma City, OK 

Position: Bilingual Billing Specialist 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bilingual Payment Specialist  to join their team! 

In this position,  you’ll be an essential part of the team, handling billing records, processing payments, and maintaining strong communication with customers. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that will have you preparing and analyzing various billing documents, solving discrepancies, and providing excellent service on the phone. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain premium billing records, researching discrepancies and taking action when needed
• Prepare, analyze, and process reports, payment plans, worksheets, statements, and other documents
• Courteously respond to inquiries and assist others with billing transactions, discrepancies, or changes
• Initiate or request policy cancellations and/or reinstatements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations over the phone
• Experience with MS Office
• Quick learner of computer programs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in billing or finance-related roles
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous customer service experience
