Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000
Location: Hybrid in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Position: Supervisor of Product Management

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Supervisor of Product Management to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within a dynamic, results-driven team that is focused on developing industry-leading digital solutions. The Supervisor of Product Management will be responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle of complex products in the crude, refined, or marine products space. The role will drive the execution of product strategies and innovation while ensuring that customer needs are met. The successful candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments. This position offers a chance to impact the company’s growth while contributing to a highly motivated team.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the product management team and define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Oversee the development of business cases for new products, improvements, and business ventures.
• Analyze customer data to determine needs, develop sales strategies, and identify potential partnerships.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company in primary market segments.
• Create product strategy documents detailing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and revenue expectations.
• Work with IT to bring new products to market, preparing ROI analyses and establishing schedules.
• Translate product strategies into detailed requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare product sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, and product innovation, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development scrum teams.
• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies (e.g., SAFe).
• Background in IT, product management, and business development, including experience in applications development and enterprise architecture.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Experience with automated data mining, coding, and analysis.
• Experience in product line operational models.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Dynamics, Figma, and InVision.
