IT Support Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with diverse IT environments, provide support across multiple locations, and play a key role in technical projects and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned locations regularly to provide on-site IT support and project assistance
• Act as the IT liaison to ensure technical requirements are clearly defined and implemented effectively
• Diagnose and resolve medium to complex hardware and software issues on Windows, Mac, and mobile devices

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-5 years of deskside support experience (Windows, Apple, MS Office)
• Proficiency in Microsoft desktop operating systems and Active Directory
• Experience supporting Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac computers)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CompTIA, Microsoft, or Apple certifications)
