Position: Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Compensation: $30-$32/hour

Location: Tulsa, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a dynamic team focused on providing exceptional operational support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production of statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

• Process and review various account transactions, including corrections and updates.

• Ensure accurate setup of client online access and address any discrepancies.

• Coordinate and complete specialty project requests from business partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve processes.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in financial operations or wealth management.

• Familiarity with client online access systems.

• Background in managing specialty projects or cross-functional team collaboration.
