Position: HR Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Manager to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to step into a one-person HR department and drive critical initiatives for a growing organization of 75 employees. This role is currently focused on recruiting but offers the chance to engage in a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate is adaptable, strategic, and adept at balancing business needs with employee engagement. This is an onsite position in Tulsa, OK, with travel required once or twice per quarter.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations and mediate workplace conflicts.

  • Oversee compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Manage benefits administration and ensure competitive compensation practices.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Implement performance management systems and coach managers for success.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs to support employee development.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve retention.

  • Maintain HR data integrity and generate reports using HRIS tools.

  • Provide payroll support and troubleshoot system issues as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of HR experience.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.

  • Proven track record in recruitment and employee relations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a standalone HR role.

  • Knowledge of compliance and labor laws.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Onsite role with occasional travel (approximately 10%).
