Compensation: $38-$42/hr

Position: Systems Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Analyst to join their team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of internal systems and processes. The Systems Analyst will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, defining and analyzing system requirements, developing standardized tests, and delivering solutions that improve performance and efficiency. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in problem-solving, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving system improvements through innovation and hands-on technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with staff to design and develop new applications, databases, and system operations.
• Troubleshoot system issues by analyzing project reports, service requests, and output.
• Evaluate system performance and identify requirements for new applications and enhancements.
• Consult with stakeholders to assess problems and propose alternative workflows.
• Develop and test solutions to ensure accurate system functionality.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams, both technical and non-technical.
• Document processes and system requirements according to organizational design methodologies.
• Make recommendations regarding the purchase of new software or equipment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to improve system design.
• Participate in long-term planning and architecture for system upgrades or new development.
• Create and execute both manual and automated test plans for system features.
• Identify and verify defects and production support issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute ideas for feature enhancements and system improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in analytics or IT-related roles, or five years of relevant experience in an IT or analytics capacity.
• Strong knowledge of database management and data governance practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems with multiple user bases.
• Experience in requirements gathering and delivering interactive customer service.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in a Systems Analyst role within an IT department.
• Experience with automated testing tools and load testing.
• Strong background in working with complex systems and understanding system architecture.
• Familiarity with tools for manual and automated test plans.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
