Position: Audit Account Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Audit Account Analyst to join their team! This full-time opportunity is perfect for an experienced professional looking to contribute to account optimization, invoice auditing, and data analysis within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will enjoy analyzing client technology services, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring billing accuracy across a variety of telecom services.
Responsibilities:
- Audit telecom invoices to identify errors and communicate findings to carriers.
- Analyze client data to determine baseline costs, compliance with contracts, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Summarize contracts and billing details into clear, actionable reports for clients.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with telecom invoice auditing and/or coding.
- Strong experience in client communication and maintaining professional relationships to address billing and account-related queries effectively.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with technology contracts and billing systems.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience supporting sales processes and direct client interaction.
