Compensation: $40,000 base + commission

Position: Medicare Sales Representative

Inceed has partnered with a growing family-owned insurance company to help find a skilled Medicare Sales Representative to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate individual who wants to make a real impact in the lives of seniors while contributing to the growth of a purpose-driven organization. As a Medicare Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing seniors with the best Medicare solutions while working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This opportunity has opened up due to company growth and a desire to expand the Senior Products department.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to seniors by understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate Medicare solutions.
  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and developing effective outreach strategies.
  • Utilize outbound marketing techniques, including calls, emails, and texts, to connect with seniors and help them make informed decisions about their healthcare options.
  • Maintain organized records, track progress, and manage leads through CRM and communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members, contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful Medicare tele-sales experience.
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
  • In-depth knowledge of Medicare plans and benefits.
  • Strong tech-savviness, with the ability to navigate CRM systems and communication tools.
  • A growth mindset and the willingness to learn and obtain necessary certifications.
