Compensation: $70,000-$90,000

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Position: Senior Accountant

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Accountant to join their team!

Seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in credit process improvements, general ledger management, and reconciliations. This role supports the Credit Manager in strengthening controls and enhancing efficiency while handling various accounting projects.

Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Management – Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Reporting – Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management.
• Reconciliations – Perform balance sheet, bank, and account reconciliations.
• Process Improvement – Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting procedures, including within credit operations.
• Internal Controls & Compliance – Ensure financial policies and controls are in place and adhered to.
• Month-End & Year-End Close – Assist with closing processes, journal entries, and accruals.
• Audit Support – Provide documentation and assistance for internal and external audits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with departments such as Credit, Finance, and Operations to improve processes and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, and optimizing company processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience performing reconciliation work and other accounting functions.
• Experience with Infor SxE 
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, or SAP
