Compensation: Up to $25/hr

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Position: IT Operations Center Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Operations Center Specialist to join their team! The IT Operations Center Specialist will be integral to ensuring the stability and availability of critical services and infrastructure across the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in IT operations, monitoring, and incident management to make a meaningful impact while supporting a team of professionals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Run diagnostics, scripts, patching, and other troubleshooting or maintenance tasks on servers, networks, and applications.
• Identify and report symptoms of hardware or software failures to the appropriate teams.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective tasks under the guidance of technical teams.
• Utilize enterprise monitoring tools to oversee critical sites, production, and non-production environments, ensuring any failures or alarms are communicated to the relevant teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in IT operations or support.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting basic server, storage, and network hardware

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with datacenter facilities and operations.
• Strong organizational, process-oriented, and analytical skills.

• Work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10pm to 8am
