Compensation: 70,000-80,000

Location: Boulder, CO

Position: Senior Financial Analyst 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their team! 

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and casual environment with a company dedicated to growth, operational excellence, and strategic financial planning. The position will focus on Capital Projects, providing in-depth financial analysis, driving process improvements, and contributing to the overall financial strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budget and quarterly guidance updates for all capital projects.
• Generate financial analysis for projects, including break-even and return on investment.
• Collaborate with Accounting, R&D, and Software Development teams to track spend and ensure timely capitalization.
• Monitor actual expenses and performance, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop project dashboards and present financial analysis to leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related position.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in federal, government, or manufacturing industries.
• Capital project accounting experience.
