Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AP professional to contribute to a dynamic corporate accounting department. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, payments, and reporting. This role offers the chance to collaborate with multiple departments and vendors while supporting financial operations for a large organization.

Responsibilities:

• Execute weekly ACH runs 
• Gather invoices from multiple departments, ensuring accurate input into the ERP system 
• Generate AP management reports and ad hoc financial reporting as needed
• Respond to inquiries from multiple vendor sources and office locations
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems and adaptability to new software 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of experience 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including V Look-Ups and Pivot Tables
• Strong customer service orientation
• Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starting approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with multiple locations
• Background in the construction, engineering, or architecture industry
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
