Compensation: $57,000-$64,000

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AP professional to contribute to a dynamic corporate accounting department. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, payments, and reporting. This role offers the chance to collaborate with multiple departments and vendors while supporting financial operations for a large organization.

Responsibilities:

Execute weekly ACH runs
Gather invoices from multiple departments, ensuring accurate input into the ERP system
Generate AP management reports and ad hoc financial reporting as needed
Respond to inquiries from multiple vendor sources and office locations
Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems and adaptability to new software

Required Qualifications & Experience:

4 to 6 years of experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including V Look-Ups and Pivot Tables
Strong customer service orientation
Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starting approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience working with multiple locations
Background in the construction, engineering, or architecture industry
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
