Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Position: Cloud Financial Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team!

This role offers an opportunity to oversee cloud financial management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in cloud resource utilization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, optimizing expenses, and providing strategic insights to support technology investments.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and operational data to drive cloud cost efficiency.

• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets for cloud expenditures.

• Support stakeholders in understanding and optimizing cloud-related costs.

• Implement and improve cost allocation strategies and financial tracking.

• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor financial performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

• 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role.

• Strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Azure cloud cost management.

• Proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting.

• Knowledge of financial governance frameworks and cost optimization strategies.

• Familiarity with automated cost reporting and forecasting tools.

• Understanding of FinOps best practices.
