Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in business analysis to play a key role in improving and optimizing business processes. The Business Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, analyze business needs, and help improve systems for better operational effectiveness. This role is crucial for supporting project success and ensuring smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of business processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and business objectives.
• Create detailed documentation for both technical teams and business users.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to current business systems and processes.
• Assist in the testing of new systems, including creating test cases and validating system functionality.
• Prioritize requirements and collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Provide ongoing support and communication with project teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, and process management software.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, ESRI GIS, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
