Compensation: $55-$65/hr
Location: ONSITE Katy, TX
Position: IT Compliance Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Compliance Analyst to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to assist with getting caught up on SOX Compliance and IT Audit requirements. This role will play a key role in helping the team catch up, ensuring that IT audit and compliance requirements are met, and contributing to the success of major initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) Compliance efforts for the organization
• Support IT audit activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with team members to address and resolve audit and compliance gaps
• Help assess risks and vulnerabilities in the IT environment and ensure cybersecurity principles are followed

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience in an IT Audit or IT Compliance role
• Strong knowledge of SOX Compliance in a large or enterprise-level company
• Background in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and IT cybersecurity principles
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience working in a collaborative and tight-knit team environment
• Familiarity with additional compliance frameworks or cybersecurity best practices
