Compensation: $55-$80/hour

Position: D365 Manufacturing ERP Solutions Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry to help find a skilled D365 Manufacturing ERP Solutions Analyst to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on analyst to work closely with business stakeholders to configure, support, train, and enhance the Dynamics 365 Manufacturing module. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP solutions, providing both functional and technical expertise to optimize operations. This role will play a critical part in driving efficiency and improving production workflows.
Responsibilities:

Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Manufacturing to align with business needs.

Work closely with design and implementation partners to enhance system functionality.

Train end-users on system capabilities, best practices, and manufacturing processes.

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system-related issues.

Assist with vendor partner implementations and system integrations.

Translate functional and technical specifications between business and IT teams.

Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing workflows and ERP performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional experience in an IT systems-related position supporting a manufacturing or similar subject matter.

Prior experience working within the Dynamics 365 Manufacturing module.

Strong functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.

Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into system solutions.

Experience configuring manufacturing-related functionalities such as production control, bill of materials, shop floor management, and quality control.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study preferred.

Experience working with additional Dynamics 365 ERP modules.

Background in manufacturing operations or production planning.

Knowledge of data migration and integration strategies.

Strong training and documentation skills.

Other Information:
- This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with expected conversion at 6-months
- Up to 30% travel expected to the client's office location (up to one week at a time, once a month) with reimbursement provided
- This is a fully remote role aside from the travel!
