Bookkeeper

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team!

Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help manage financial operations and assist with office tasks. The company prides itself on its hardworking, down-to-earth culture, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately
• Maintain financial records, including reconciling bank statements and preparing reports
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and ensure smooth financial operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
• Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
