Compensation: $130,000-$140,000

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 

Position: Controller 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Controller to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Accounting
  • Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and ad hoc reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead development and implementation of accounting procedures and controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis, where necessary.
  • Monitor variances and provide financial insights to management.
  • Cash flow management and financial planning.
• Audit & Compliance
  • Responsible for internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain tax compliance and support tax preparation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, GAAP, and other relevant financial regulations.
• Process Improvement & Internal Controls
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal control procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including supervisory experience.
• Prior experience with financial audits and tax compliance, preferably from a top-tier CPA firm.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and process automation.
• High proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. NetSuite experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
