Compensation: $20-29/hr

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Position: Desktop Support

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting approximately 300 end-users. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage IT-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for approximately 300 end-users
• Manage and resolve IT service tickets using ServiceNow
• Perform hardware repairs and station refreshes
• Maintain and support Windows 11 and O365 environments
• Troubleshoot and support Teams and Dell hardware
• Work independently and manage tasks without direct daily oversight

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4+ years of IT support experience
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing system
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and O365
• Experience supporting Teams in an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with Dell hardware and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Cisco networking
• Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager
