Position: Workday Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Analyst (HRIS/Workday) to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional with a strong systems background in HRIS. While Workday experience is preferred, our client is open to candidates with experience in other HRIS platforms, as long as they have a deep understanding of system configurations and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the HRIS Systems Expert, supporting and optimizing system functionality across HR and Finance modules.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve HR and Finance-related system tickets while ensuring system security and data integrity.
- Configure and maintain system processes, including integrations and updates, to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to improve system workflows and functionality.
- Analyze, design, and build reports using system tools.
- Manage user-based security roles and conduct periodic audits.
- Lead system-related projects, enhancements, and initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of HRIS or Systems Analyst experience with strong system configuration expertise.
- Experience with Workday OR another HRIS platform, with the ability to learn Workday quickly if not already experienced.
- Strong systems background with expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Ability to work across both functional and technical aspects of HRIS platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms, including security roles, integrations, and reporting.
- Technical or functional background in HR, Finance, or IT.
- Experience with Workday’s Community Portal for troubleshooting and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Workday implementation tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, Report Writer, and iLoad.
- Project management experience leading Workday initiatives.
