Compensation: $40,000-$50,000
Location: Onsite – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Position: IT Support Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Support Analyst to join their team!

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years of Desktop Support experience 
• Experience with deployments/deploying new software
• Experience setting up workstations 
• Ability to do Windows Migrations 
• Experience with Windows – need to be able to do configurations, deploy, patch etc.
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Group Policies
• Must have good customer service experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting macOS
• Ideally some field experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with Intune, Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble, ESRI products is a plus
