Compensation: $30-35/hr

Location: Mesa, Arizona (Onsite)

Position: IT Technician

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Technician to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company in Mesa, Arizona, offering a chance to support both in-person and remote desktop hardware/software systems. The position is essential to the team’s operations, and you'll be responsible for providing daily technical support, troubleshooting, imaging, network connectivity, and server hardware support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily end-user support for desktop hardware and software 
• Use ServiceNow to manage and resolve service tickets
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users, both onsite and remotely
• Perform server hardware support and network connectivity troubleshooting
• Replace and configure network switch hardware, particularly Cisco and Aruba devices

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of desktop hardware/software support experience, including networking
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting both Windows and Mac environments
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and issue resolution
• Knowledge of networking principles, particularly around switch hardware (Cisco/Aruba)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Windows 11
• Experience with Dell hardware
• Cisco and Aruba networking knowledge
• Previous experience with server hardware support
