Compensation: $22-$25/hr
Location: Onsite – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Position: Desktop Support Technician

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years of Desktop Support experience
• Experience with Windows imaging and Windows 11 upgrades
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows configurations, deployments, and patching
• Experience setting up workstations and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Ability to support iOS devices, including upgrading iPhones to iPhone 15 Plus or newer and ensuring compatibility with critical applications
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills – must be comfortable interacting with managers and end users
• Must be physically capable of lifting equipment, moving workstations, and working under desks as needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting macOS
• Field support experience preferred but not required
• Experience with Intune, Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble, or ESRI products is a plus
