Compensation: $22/hour – $25/hour

Position: Desktop Support Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years of Desktop Support experience
- Experience with Windows imaging and Windows 11 upgrades
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows configurations, deployments, and patching
- Experience setting up workstations and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Ability to support iOS devices, including upgrading iPhones to iPhone 15 Plus or newer and ensuring compatibility with critical applications
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills – must be comfortable interacting with managers and end users
- Must be physically capable of lifting equipment, moving workstations, and working under desks as needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting macOS
- Field support experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Intune, Autodesk, Bentley, Trimble, or ESRI products is a plus
