Compensation: $70k – 90k 
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 
Position: Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team! This position is crucial for supporting the ongoing ERP conversion and upgrade projects. The Business Analyst will work closely with the project team, administrative users, and end-users to ensure successful planning, design, implementation, testing, and cutover activities. This role requires someone who is passionate about working with end-users, providing them with exceptional support, and maintaining a collaborative atmosphere throughout the process. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for long-term stability and a chance to grow in an engaging, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with project teams to drive ERP system upgrades and related projects.
• Engage with administrative users and end-users to gather requirements, document functional designs, and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage regular software updates and track progress to ensure the timely and effective implementation of ERP systems.
• Provide training, conduct testing, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Act as a liaison between users and ERP vendors to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Document business requirements, functional designs, and test scenarios.
• Oversee the expense reimbursement software project and other related initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or related business analyst certification.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and process documentation.
• Ability to create and present design documents and training materials to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in supporting end-users during and after the implementation of ERP systems.
• Familiarity with drafting functional design documents that clearly communicate business requirements.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience assisting in testing and upgrading ERP modules/systems.
• Technical expertise to streamline repetitive tasks using MS Excel, Reporting Tools, and MS 365 Apps.
• Knowledge of databasing for data analysis, testing, and report writing.
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems, Scanning, and Digitalization.
