Compensation: $55–$75/hr
Location: Hybrid in Houston, TX
Position: Power BI Developer
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Power BI Developer to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and wants to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and initiative. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Power BI development and eager to engage directly with the business to uncover needs, deliver creative solutions, and drive strategic decisions through data.
Responsibilities:
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide creative and innovative reporting solutions based on business needs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 7+ years of Power BI development experience
• Strong skills in data modeling, dashboard creation, and report development
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and ask insightful questions to gather clear requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Demonstrated experience bringing fresh, outside-the-box ideas to projects
• Passionate about data analytics and proactive in suggesting improvements
• Experience conducting market research to inform solutions and reporting
