Position: Marketing Assistant
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Marketing Assistant to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining clear communication. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage data, create reports, and maintain records

Organize and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines effectively
-
Proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity
-
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate seamless operations

Handle digital filing, data entry, and document organization
-
Process print orders and coordinate logistics

Conduct research to support business operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading capabilities

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with digital filing and data entry

Familiarity with print order processing

Proficiency in Canva for document creation and design

Previous experience in vendor communication and coordination

Strong research capabilities to support decision-making
