Position: Desktop Service Engineer
Inceed has partnered with a thriving company in the medical industry to help find a skilled Desktop Service Engineer to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a client-facing role and has exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will work onsite five days a week in West Grove, PA, ensuring IT systems remain stable, secure, and efficient. This role requires a strong technical background with a focus on Microsoft 365 Office solutions, along with a proactive and personable approach to problem-solving. Networking experience is not required, as the organization utilizes an MSP for these services. A stable work history and an engaging personality are highly valued.
Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues to ensure minimal disruption.

Manage IT service tickets and prioritize tasks to meet business and leadership expectations.

Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware and software to maintain optimal performance.

Provide user training and support for new systems and technologies.

Document system configurations, updates, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT engineering or systems engineering.

Proficiency in Windows operating systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office solutions.

Experience in performance monitoring and system security.

Familiarity with emerging IT trends and their potential applications.
