Position: Financial Systems Analyst
Location: Kansas City, MO
Compensation: $40-50/hr

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join their team! This role will play a vital part in supporting the Accounting and Finance department, working on a range of financial and accounting projects that contribute to the company’s ongoing ERP transformation initiative. The Financial Analyst will engage in tasks such as documenting accounting processes, analyzing system requirements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting various implementations to drive improvements.

Responsibilities:

Execute and manage key accounting tasks, collaborating with internal teams to achieve departmental goals.
Observe functional business processes and requirements, suggesting and implementing potential improvements.
Work cross functionally with Finance department and IT, bridging the gap between business and technical requirements.
Develop and execute test scripts for system validation, ensuring smooth and accurate solutions.
Create training materials and conduct user training sessions to support end-user understanding and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial systems.
Strong ability to collaborate within a team environment and interact effectively across various levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to independently analyze and solve problems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with ERP implementations
Knowledge of SQL
