Compensation: $75,000-85,000
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Position: Business Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with strong expertise in business process mapping, large-scale project management, reporting, and process improvement. The Business Analyst will lead process development, software implementation, and other initiatives while working closely with stakeholders across the organization. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership, work independently, and provide valuable insights to enhance efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, including automation solutions
- Lead large-scale projects, coordinating with teams and vendors to drive successful outcomes
- Develop and enhance reporting systems for data-driven decision-making
- Oversee the implementation of solutions, including process redesigns, technological advancements, and improved internal controls
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align business and technical needs
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to analyze business performance and ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in business process design, project management, system implementation, and/or business consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Strong background in business process mapping, reporting, and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, MS Access, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in software implementation and ERP system integration
