Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 + Bonuses
Location: Onsite in Pryor, OK
Position: Market President
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Market President to join their team! This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking professional to lead a branch, manage commercial lending operations, and make an impact in the local community. The ideal candidate will have commercial lending experience and a background in branch operations.
Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Manage and support the commercial lending and loan origination processes.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 employees within the branch.

Cultivate relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders in the community.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Drive business development and growth opportunities for the branch.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

5-10 years of experience in banking, with a strong background in commercial lending and loan origination.

Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or similar operational role.

Strong understanding of banking operations and a sharp aptitude for leading teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Previous experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.

Familiarity with HR processes in a banking environment.
