Help Desk Specialist
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level IT professional to join a collaborative and supportive environment. The team is looking for someone eager to dive in, handle incoming support calls, and manage ticket queues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support by answering inbound help desk calls and managing IT service tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to monitors, headsets, and other common hardware/software
- Consistently document ticket progress and solutions for easy handoff and future reference
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- A+ certification or equivalent foundational IT knowledge
- Exposure to or training in IT support functions
