Position: Cyber Security Advisor

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston,

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cyber Security Advisor to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Cyber Security Advisor, where you'll lead the strategic vision for the security department. This position offers a unique opportunity to both shape and implement security strategies within an innovative environment. The role is open due to expansion, providing a chance to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor IT infrastructure for security breaches
• Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations
• Ensure compliance with TSA regulations
• Conduct regular risk assessments
• Develop and implement security policies
• Conduct security awareness training programs
• Evaluate and implement security technologies
• Collaborate with IT and departments for security alignment
• Maintain TSA-approved Cybersecurity Implementation Plan
• Develop and test Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity role
• Experience in energy or pipeline industry
• Knowledge of TSA and pipeline regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven incident investigation experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with network segmentation policies
• Familiarity with cybersecurity assessment plans
• Knowledge of access control measures
• Experience in conducting security drills
