Position: Phone Device Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Phone Device Technician to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Cisco VoIP phone deployments and support. The company is looking for a professional who is comfortable with troubleshooting, system deployment, and user training. If you’re passionate about providing technical support and enjoy collaborating with a team, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level on-site support for Cisco VoIP phone deployments and system maintenance.
- Assist with the configuration of Cisco voice gateways.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the functionality of Cisco IP Telephony.
- Manage the deployment of an in-house Cisco VoIP phone system.
- Provide hardware, software, and application support for Cisco devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide training to end users on device functionality.
- Ensure all devices are updated with the latest software and security features.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in supporting Cisco VoIP phone systems.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco voice gateways.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to Cisco IP Telephony.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and application support for Cisco devices.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with configuring and maintaining IP telephony systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management and device maintenance.
- Ability to conduct user training and documentation.
