Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000

Position: Sr Systems Administrator
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled SR. Systems Adminisrator to join their team!
Responsibilities:

Lead Systems & RMM Development: Design, implement, and manage remote monitoring and management (RMM) systems and Intune policies for fleet-wide OS/software patching, automation, and endpoint standardization.

Oversee Core Infrastructure & Security: Administer enterprise platforms such as Entra AD, O365, and SaaS applications while enforcing security policies aligned with NIST CSF 2.0 and supporting disaster recovery readiness.

Tier 3 Support & Project Leadership: Act as the escalation point for complex IT issues, provide advanced troubleshooting, and lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

3–5 years in a senior sysadmin role, with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.

Solid grasp of networking (DNS, DHCP, subnetting), scripting/automation, and backup systems.

Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
-
Experience with NinjaRMM and advanced scripting.

Exposure to NIST CSF 2.0, ISO27001, or SIEM/NOC environments.

Familiarity with public DNS and registrar management.
