Compensation: $28 – $30/hour

Position: Office Clerk
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Office Clerk to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The team values a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork, offering a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere. The organization experiences significant daily customer interaction, especially mid-week and at the end of the week, and needs someone who can confidently juggle multiple tasks in an open, collaborative workspace.
Responsibilities:

Support general office operations with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks

Manage shifting priorities in a high-traffic environment with frequent phone and in-person interactions

Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Ability to adapt quickly and multitask in a busy setting

Strong computer proficiency and effective communication skills
-
Professional demeanor with a proactive, team-first mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with Accounts Receivable processes

Familiarity with Accounts Payable functions

Prior exposure to fast-paced, customer-facing environments
