Position: Contracts Administrator
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contract Administrator to join their team!
Join a dynamic and collaborative team as a Contract Administrator, where you'll support asset transactions and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a family-oriented company that values culture, initiative, and collaboration. The position is open due to the upcoming retirement of the current Contract Administrator, allowing for a seamless transition with comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage contract administration activities related to asset transactions
- Maintain data in Quorum and System Scheduling Module
- Assist with Capacity Release System workflows
- Ensure contract data accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with internal scheduling and marketing teams
- Support operational readiness for new client/asset launch
- Identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–5 years in contract administration or similar roles
- Experience in FERC-regulated environments is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and occasional Saturdays
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Ability to read tariff language
- Understanding of NAESB/NAPIC standards
- Familiarity with Quorum, Capacity Release Systems, and SSM
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint
