Compensation: $24 – $37/hour
Location: Denver, CO (Fully Onsite)
Position: IT Support Technician

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dynamic IT support environment with a well-established and forward-thinking team. The role reports to a collaborative leader and works alongside other talented IT professionals. The selected candidate will have the chance to contribute to impactful projects including AV upgrades and the implementation of a new ticketing system. With exposure to C-level staff and a supportive, growth-oriented culture, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s looking to grow their IT career and build on their enterprise support experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and AV systems
• Assist with meeting setup and AV troubleshooting, both proactively and reactively
• Deploy and configure hardware and support Windows environments
• Perform basic networking tasks, including physical connectivity and cable management
• Conduct small group orientation sessions and present prepared materials
• Participate in the implementation of new IT tools and systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with enterprise-level ticketing systems
• Basic knowledge of physical networking and Layer 1 support
• Experience supporting and deploying hardware
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• CompTIA A+ certification
• Experience with Cisco networking hardware
• Interest in long-term growth and development within IT

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (no overtime, no on-call)
