Position: Accountant
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find an entry-level Accountant to join their team!
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their accounting career! You will be trained in accounting processes. The company is focused on building a strong team of people with a few years of experience in accounting, and they are eager to bring someone on board who is motivated and eager to learn. This role is ideal for someone straight out of college with an accounting or finance degree, or for someone with relevant experience like being a bank teller or in AR/AP. It’s a great chance to grow in a collaborative environment with a focus on personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Post cash transactions and manage accounts receivable (AR).
- Process and prioritize invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and special accounting projects as needed.
- Ensure payments are processed correctly and promptly.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Accounting, Finance, or a related field degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Entry-level experience in AR, AP, or banking preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Bank Teller or AR/AP Clerk is a plus.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
