Position: Senior Manager, Core Data Systems

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Manager, Core Data Systems to join their team!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical teams responsible for managing and maintaining a complex infrastructure environment. The position supports an organization focused on innovation and educational growth, with a strong emphasis on system reliability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure teams overseeing databases, servers, and storage systems
• Oversee daily operations and ensure system stability and performance
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup solutions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7–10 years of experience managing infrastructure teams and mission-critical systems
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and technical translation skills
