Compensation: $65-68/hr

Position: Product Manager – POS Integration (1-Year Contract)
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Product Manager to join their team!
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact POS integration project at a well-established organization. This one-year contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has hands-on experience with Aloha POS or N4, particularly around menu building using Aloha and CFC. The project requires deep focus on accuracy, documentation, and collaboration to ensure the integration is executed seamlessly. The company values doing things right and is looking for a detail-oriented professional who brings strong organizational skills and experience using Jira and Confluence. You’ll work onsite four days a week, collaborating with a talented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:

Lead the POS system integration, focusing on Aloha or N4.

Build and manage POS menus using Aloha and CFC.

Maintain and organize thorough project documentation throughout all phases.

Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operational teams.

Track progress and issues in Jira; manage documentation in Confluence.

Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables with a focus on precision and correctness.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience managing POS integration projects.

Hands-on experience with Aloha POS (N4 a plus).

Experience building menus using Aloha and CFC.

Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Background in hospitality or food service industry.

Familiarity with other POS platforms or third-party system integrations.
